Your satisfaction with our service and spectacles is our prime concern. Should you find that you are unhappy with your frame or lens choice, please return to our office within 90 days so that our staff can make the appropriate changes to your satisfaction.

Eye Design Loss Discount

Should you unfortunately lose your spectacles in the first year, they may be replaced at a 30% reduction of their regular cost.

Eye Design Frame Warranty

Our staff is ever diligent in dealing with frame manufacturers to ensure that the frame you have purchased is both a current model and of high quality. As a result, all frames automatically come with a one year warranty against any manufacturer's defects from original date of purchase.

Eye Design Lens Warranty

All lenses are also warrantied against chipping and breakage for one year from original date of purchase. While all lenses can scratch, certain lens manufacturers will also warranty their lenses for scratches for a one year period. Our staff will advise you of these choices during your consult.
